Zvonko Trajković is a chef who promotes conceptual dining, where he uses only three ingredients and spices. His passion is pasta as a dish, and he expresses his creations through the Pasta Fresca concept, where he promotes the Pastini Pasta Fresca brand, of which he is the Brand Ambassador.
He worked as a chef in many restaurants in the region, and his specialty is hotel restaurants.
He is engaged in training for chefs where he applies innovative cooking methods.
He is a member of the World Pasta Association.
